Creating lower-resolution multiviews allows users to monitor streams in near-real time, while accounting for poor network conditions.
In the Transcoding tab, there is a list of Default Presets.
To create a customized preset, click on Add New Preset.
Give the Present a Name. Then make sure to lower the Video Bitrate and/or the Resolution. Press Save.
To apply a Preset to a Stream, go to the Streams tab and select a Stream.
Then go to the Transcoding tab and click Add Configuration.
Use the dropdown menus to select the Stream.
Then click on the Preset dropdown menu and select the preset you want to use.
Then go to the Multiview tab and click Add New Multiview.
Configure the layout. Then click on the window where you want to route your stream.
Click on the Stream Name dropdown menu and select the Stream.
Then go to the Source Stream dropdown menu and select the variant you want to view.
Click Save.
Now share the URL with your team members. Copy the URL in a web browser to open it or click on the Open in New Tab button.
