NEW: Ability to enable Persistent IP addresses in cluster creation. This will allow you to keep the same IP Address when you stop and restart clusters.
FIXED: Fixed a bug that caused the wrong instance to be selected for transcoding.
FIXED: Fixed a bug that prevented dual redundancy from being enabled when only one cluster is running on the account.

NEW: Ability to Start/Stop Clusters. Click on the stop button in the Clusters tab to stop clusters. This will halt all streams, destinations, multiviews, and production modules. Click the play button in the clusters tab to restart the cluster.
