How to send a VVCR stream to vMix:
Go to the Streams menu and select a stream. Click on the Outputs tab and copy the SRT Address.
Open vMix and click Add Inputs.
Select Stream/SRT.
For Stream Type, select SRT (Caller).
Paste the Output IP Address from VVCR under Hostname. Delete “srt://” and the “:” between the IP address and port number. Then move the port number to the Port section.
Paste in the password if you enabled encryption in VVCR.
Press OK.
The VVCR stream will appear in the inputs section.
How to send a stream from vMix to VVCR:
Create a SRT Listener stream in VVCR. Click on the stream’s Input tab and copy the Input IP Address and password if it has one.
Open the vMix session and click on the cogwheel next to External.
Select Outputs/NDI/SRT Settings.
Click on the cogwheel to the right of the output you want to send to VVCR.
Toggle on Enable SRT. Paste the VVCR Input IP Address under Hostname.
Delete “srt://” and the “:” between the IP address and port number. Then move the port number to the Port section.
Paste in the password if you enabled encryption in VVCR.
Adjust the rest of the settings as needed.
Press OK.
A red SRT icon will appear at the top of the screen if the stream connects successfully.
Go back to VVCR. Select the steam, click on the Outputs tab and press the Preview button to view the steam.
